That is a good article.
What bothers me the most is that Wachovia is freezing university bank accounts (read back thru my flist) and that's going to trickle down to people who didn't cause the problems.

Now if I could just get my congresscritter to LISTEN - she voted FOR the bailout on Monday. Guess who I won't be voting for next month.

As of today they've loosened up some of the money. Still difficult for some of the schools. See article below.
