another update

Survived the trip to western Oklahoma over the fourth.  The Quartz Mountain State Park was nice.  Turns out the small world department showed up again - the ranger at the nature center is from Michigan (where both T'B and I were originally from).  It was hot (to be expected) but there was a breeze and that helped.  Went to friends for supper and
