More Fisheye

I know how to pack the most into a day.  Yesterday I saw patients for 10 hours, got a workout in and then went to the open space to shoot wildflowers with my new lens for a while.  I was all prepared this time with my tripod only to realize I left the quick release for the body on my 20D and the extra on my telephoto lens after slapping my forehead ( Read more... )

That is really cool looking. That lens really produces a cool effect. I wonder if shooting straight up at an interesting cloud formation would come out. It may not without having something in the foreground for reference... but give it a try some time and let me know how it worked out. :)

Check out the use of a fish eye lens on some wedding portraits that Sol did... The one of the wedding table is really neat. They made me think of you and your new lens...

I love the fisheye effect, the table picture was really cool, but so was the one before that of the sunset at the beach. So many things to experiment with the lens with! Thanks for the link
