Apparently the new online version of Dragon pays pittance per word, and wants all rights in perpetuity. Since a couple of my friends have been published in the old printed Dragon, I thought it would be important to note this.

I finished the story I was writing for NaNoWriMo. But I only got to about 23,000 words. I'm still adding stuff to the middle now and then, as I work out what assumptions I've made that aren't clear to a (very) hypothetical reader; and as I fill out descriptions of the fictional world.
