Another movie with people with supernatural powers. To me it's clearly inspired by Steven King's Firestarter, although pyrokinesis is the only power not borrowed from King's book into this movie. What we end up with is a tasty taut thriller with intriguing characters, protagonists and antagonists. Add a bit of Philip K Dick (there being 'Pushers'

I must admit I never saw it as a superhero movie -- more akin to an occult thriller or somesuch -- but whatever it might be, it's very cool.
