Well, it's official. We're camping tonight. It's only supposed to get down to 28 degrees. BRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Tiffany says though that I get my own patch for this one. We need some sort of PA to announce the events and awards at the Olympics. Anyone know of anything like this that we can borrow or rent? We're getting desperate here.

We have added a frisbee throw (discus) and a ring toss for points. These will both be ribbon events that the boys can do throughout the day. Thanks to who suggested it. Keep the ideas coming people. I'm hoping to get at least 3 more of these types of things.

We have a bunch of different events scheduled for the Olympics coming up. We've ended up with a lot of team/pack events though. 2 mile hike around the lake at Audubon Park today with 10 boys, 2 Four year olds and a 2 year old. That trail is hilly and nothing but tree roots. I'm amazed that I didn't fall. It's getting to where I'm starting to dread going to cub scouts. These parents just drop their kids off and take off. Then they gripe at us because they have no idea what's going on in scouts.
