Doesn’t mean Dany’s not the rightful heir.

It would, though, because the line of ascension goes through Rhaegar's line as long as he has descendents alive. Even if Dany were a man, or if Viserys were alive, Aegon would still take precedence over them. So... Dany's in trouble IF he's the real Aegon!

Again, this is beautiful. The ending of this chapter is just sfslkjfslkjflskdf. "Cursed be the one who comes between us." Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. As always, you write all of these characters perfectly; your dialogue sounds right out of the books. XD
