am I losing my mind, or is lj?

So I think to myself, I am going to put up my 2013 fic in review post. Yes, even though it is February, and I finished and posted exactly three things, I am going to do it anyway, because it is just a thing one is supposed to do. And so I go looking for my 2012 fic in review post to copy and use as a template, and … it is not there! And for a ( Read more... )

I recently had that on Facebook. I get notifications for all comments in my e-mails, and sometimes it takes a while till I reply. One time I wanted to reply to a comment on a post I had made, and when I clicked the link it told me the post was not there anymore. I have no idea what happened. I just shared a link so it is possible the original entry got deleted and therefore my post as well?

Which is no explanation for your loss, of course.

Yeah, some database glitch, I assume. At first I just thought I had totally lost my mind, because I was sure I remembered doing it! Glad I had other sources to confirm my sanity. ;)

That's really weird!? Huh. I'll be curious to see if others post comments saying they've had similar issues, or if this is just a one time weird-o thing??

Ikr? Just me, I guess! However I am admittedly now more motivated to get my journal backed up to dreamwidth routinely and/or actually cross-post.

Hmmm, that's wacky. Maybe our Russian overlords aren't pleased about the US hockey win the other day and are taking it out on USAians. :D

Well, you can just copy the 2012 Dreamwidth post, right? So that will get you part way. Also, I love the yearly fic review posts. I never do them because it's like "here's my one story!" (if that, LOL). But other people's are so fun to read, so yay that you are doing one. Also - my girlfriends and I always do "Christmas in February" because life is just too hectic during the actual holiday. So fic review in Feb seems smart to me!

My Tuesday is wet. And windy. And did I mention wet? Bleh.

Lol. It's not my fault! I don't even watch hockey!

That's brilliant. I'm always disappointed when Christmas is over because there is no time to actually enjoy it!

Cold rain? Because that is no good. I prescribe hot tea and a good book (as soon as you can knock off work, obvs. *g*)
