OMG, this was beautiful. So much conveyed in such a short little fic. I love BtS fics. They're so angsty and heartbreaking.

I love that he did kiss her at the end. I never understood why they didn't show it actually happen in the episode. It was a natural progression of the characters and felt not so natural that they didn't show it.

Any chance of seeing more BtS fics from you? :)

Oh my goodness. The way you wove this together--the two layers of knowledge, plus some, and how all the memories Jack has interact. MAN.

Even as his gaze slides away from her face, he's already puzzling over the reason why.

And the part where he thinks about not understanding her, but just wanting to hear her talk. *hugs*

Oh wow, this is a *lovely* bit of writing. The doctrine of the workers mixed with Jonah's confusion about his feelings for Thera is just fantastic.

He wants it, wants her, but when he thinks about that, thinks about touching her face and kissing her lips and whispering her name as he worships her body, it's too much.
