I am getting nervous about therapy today at 1230.
I have been feeling better. Less-- spiralling out of control. I am worried what will come up, what I will have to say... what she'll ask me and what I will have to do as a result. She is really great, I know that but I am worried I may leave feeling worse...

ok well we won our game today
Fucking 17-0! Yeha Stoneleigh Sucks and had all these rules like: No Stealing or Bunting and a 9 Batter rule we kicked ass hard... in 5 1/2 innings.. we mercied them!
