On grooming

I wouldn’t describe myself as particularly high maintenance in the personal grooming stakes, but I still find female grooming extremely time consuming.  Valuable time which could be spent doing something really useful - like nothing!

At night, the eyebrows need to be kept in shape; the legs de-furring and the make-up removed and moisturiser

I remember once having a boyfriend (back in the 80's) he spent more time on his hair and makeup than I did - he was in a band - then I discovered the joys of crimpers (Oh the shame!!!) I used to miss class in order to spend 4 hours getting ready to go out!!!

The 30-40 mins it takes now is put well into proportion!!!! PMSL!!!!!

Yes in the 80s a lot of boys were very high maintanance.

I'm far too low maintanence I'm afraid and I wish I wasn't.

Oh to have a bit of glamour occasionally.

Men have it too easy.
I admit however that I gave up a few years back. I dont care enough to do more makeup than masacara on a normal work day; and I have bone straight hair so I let it dry naturally.

But I'm with you Tubbs ... toss some pretty packaging at me and I'll buy it. :D
