Adieu

Dec 24, 2007 19:06

dear flo & family,

i hope you got the flowers we sent - 1 beautiful white rose for each precious year of her life.

i am so glad you are doing on online page for elisabeth. i would love to write about her and the legacy of joy & love she's left in my heart. i would love to hear about the impact she's made on others. i've felt quite isolated being over here on this side of the lake, and was quite sad not to attend the funeral. it will be nice to dote on her over the web.

blessings,

jenny smith

Dear Jenny,
Thank you for your message and for the lovely poem below.
We are at my parents' right now and I imagine I will find your flowers waiting for me when I get back home tomorrow. They will brighten our little apartment which would otherwise feel very bleak and empty without her presence.
xxx, Flo

Dear Froggy, thanks so much for sharing about Boe's farewell here. It makes me feel a little less far away from you at this time. I think the website is a great idea. Boe - and yourself - will forever be an inspiration to me. Much love

your time here on earth was too short and so rare
to find a warm heart with room for many to care
your smile was contagious, your beauty complete
and your soul which shone through was tender & sweet
the time that we shared was a privilege to me
each memory is cherished, an aromatic potpourri
the great energy you spread was moving in ways
that will last generations to each person you gave
each person you touched with joy and with love
you truly were sent from Heaven above
i will miss you, my dear, my friend tried & true
i will miss you until - my reunion with you

i miss you, elisabeth boeluen kwok-pallaualt
