I tend to refer to them as Sprunt. It just sounds more fitting.

They did the exact same thing with me! Lied about coverage and then the salesperson "forgot" to cancel my new 2 year contract when I resigned with Verizon and I was charged nearly $800 for premature contract violation! I was so mad! Finally did work it all out, but not after a lot grief and, like you, a $130 "test drive". I will never deal with Sprint again.

Just out of curiousity, had you bought an older phone or used phone off feeBay or Criagslist, could you have kept your old plan?

I hope AT&T works better out where you are than they do where I am. They are terrible and are consistently ranked as the worst of the big 4 for customer service. After having my company on their shitty service for 2 years I was all too happy to move back to Verizon. Out there they have 4G damn near everywhere and excellent customer service.

What phone did you go for? The ol' TP2 was a great phone for its time.

they wouldn't let me change anything.
I started with a touch diamond phone way back when , but I had the insurance & every time one would die I was stuck with what they gave me . last time in CA they didn't have a TP2 and the associate tried to move me to a newer windows phone . corp said no/ we had to drive to union city to get replacement.

ATT seem better in the remote areas around here .

verizon & sprint are more concentrated in Major Metro areas ..

Paid with credit card? Dispute the charge. Don't let Sprint keep a penny.

With an hour left in the day, I figure I'd pop in and wish you a "Happy Birthday!"
