My sister said I look scary. I don't see it. I call the look "intense". I had bright light hitting my face. I didn't use filters. It's just the way I looked. Bella was asleep at my hip when I took this selfie.

I don't think I act my age at all. When i feel like it's creeping up on me, I take a risk, a trip or become extremely irreverent! Thanks for the compliment.

I had a lot of feedback that I looked scary in the photo. Little do people know, I made good use of this look in the leather bars in the late 1970's and 1980's. :) I didn't say anything. I just stared and let people project on me.

I haven't been in a leather bar in more than a dozen years. You are correct about the golden yellow hoodie being out of place. But, I was always one to challenge conventions. I would wear western clothes, cowboy hat and boots to a disco or a suit and tie to a leather bar. I guess I was rebelling and embracing my feelings of always being an outsider. simultaneously.
