Ever since I became a singer/actor, I've looked forward to Mondays. The weekend always meant five shows. Monday was the day off. I'm determined to carry that feeling of excitement into this week. Glee has been somewhat too erratic for me to wholly be behind it yet, though hopefully last week's episode will be the the start of a continuing trend!

Since there has only been one episode of both Flash Forward and The Good Wife, it's hard to say if they will be wonderful but both have promise...

Now for the returning show most likely to be cancelled this fall? Ugly Betty... Sad how far the show has fallen.

I was surprised when I saw it was something like 60th in the ratings last season. I think it's done it's time, should wrap it up and move on. On the other hand, I REALLY wish I understood more Spanish, because the original Betty de Feo I came across on the Spanish channels looks intriguing!

Ugly Betty started dropping after the first year ... As you know Season 2 was all over the place, as well as 3. I've stopped watching ... sadly ...

I confess I did not enjoy much of the Chess concert. I thought Menzel was seriously out of her league vocally. Maybe not so much out of her league but miscast in vocal style. Didn't love (didn't dislike) Groban. Did love Pascal. I thought the semi-chorus was oustanding.

Idina did have an unusual sound for this particular piece, but I enjoyed her. I like Josh's voice and he did justice to "Anthem" in my opinion. Pascal was good. I wasn't impressed with the singing of the other leading actors, particularly the bass.

The interview went well and I am hopeful!
