Whoa - I feel so lazy. The temperature finally feels like summer and I can no longer keep my pants on, or my socks for that matter.

... By that I mean that as soon as I get home from work I take my pants off and spend the rest of the evening in my underwear unless I have to go out.

Last night I had a standing date with a friend to see a movie and there was very little choice among the summer blockbusters. While checking the repertory theatres we came upon La vie En Rose, a biopic about Edith Piaf, one of France's most famous singers who died in her late 40s.

I had my yearly review today. Turns out my boss *doesn't* think I'm fucking up. That must be the voice inside my head. I was so dreading my performance evaluation as I feel like I've been dragging my butt. 
I'm burnt out and really need a vacation and have felt like I've been coasting for the last month.

I had a crazy dream last night that made me wake up laughing, but damn if i can remember it now. I know that everyone in it, including me was dressed in a plastic stuffed number outfit...imagine a mascot outfit- only it's a big soft plastic number 4 for example, and you're in it. Said to me by this totally ripped bodybuilder ( I later found out). Talk about a mixed compliment !?

Ah well, I haven't been feeling too attractive with this recent weight gain, so I'll take what I can get.

I haven't been posting on LJ lately, but I am still reading you all. I find I just don't have much to say, or if I do, I don't have the time or energy to put it all down. This would all be fine and well if I was writing elsewhere in a paper journal, but I haven't been doing that either.
