It has come to my attention that I am not, after all, alone in my current predicament. Madam, I am all astonishment. You have my sincere gratitude for bringing the matter to my attention. A gentleman, of course, abhors all inklings of scandal, and yet I cannot help but be flattered by such kind concern (no matter how forward the "T-shirts"' manner of expression). I must reflect upon this.
