That's what I thought, too. And he's just arrogant enough to duck, stand up, and indignantly stare back at an assassin. He's the decide-inator, after all.

Yep. I suspect that he got lots of things thrown at him by his mother when he was younger (like when he was forty), and this is a sign of endearment in the Bush family.

People have been throwing shoes at President Bush the whole time he's been in office, and he's always gotten back up. That's just how he is.
