Miss them at all? http://www.sodapopstop.com It's just down the street from me and is the last bastion (west of the Mississippi) for bizarre, old-time or just regional sodas and candy.

Had a Don-n-Suds drive in just down the road from my house, growing up. Closed down late '70's/early '80's. Is a shame.

My daughter (6 yr old) is also bummed, after I had to tell here there are no more drive ins.

mmmm 50/50 and gin. I could go for an ice-cold one of those right about now. We always had Squirt, but I think they're about the same, taste-wise.

And someone else remembers Dog 'n Suds. Back in the early Seventies, my parents used to take advantage of their "Bring Your Own Container" deals on Saturday night and buy a couple of gallons for all of us to drink while watching movies on NBC. The one in my birthplace shut down in '74, and I haven't heard a thing from the company since: boy, you just dredged up a whole slew of memories, my friend.
