This is it. One week til my 3rd degree black belt grading... I am bricking it.

on the plus side I did a mock grading last night and it was about a million time better than the training we've been doing for it.

I just want it gone.

So far im having a cool year. Aikido in particular is reallty starting to go places. although my 3rd dan preperation is suffering slightly due to demand for instruction within our increasing numbers.
