It was Christmas and the judge was in a merry mood as he asked the prisoner, "What are you charged with?"
"Doing my Christmas shopping early," replied the defendant.
"That's no offense," said the judge. "How early were you doing this shopping?"
"Before the store opened," countered the prisoner.

Pork and Rice recipe
I am writing this recipe out, more to try and remember what I did than anything else. Please note that the amounts for the spices are very much approximate. I am notorious for tapping out an amount into my palm, looking intently at it for a couple of seconds, then tossing that into what ever it is I am cooking.
