so, i need some advice. have any of you ever been in a fender-bender and needed to call the other party's insurance company, in order to try to get them to pay for your repairs? how should i approach the lovely people on the other end of the line? this is such a yucky situation. i hate calling people. -

men vs. women

my car has been deemed an "unsafe motor vehicle"
so, i was able to make it to hp last night, and i didn't have to claw anyone's eyes out to get there (though i almost did).
