I think "hokey" is, in fact, part of the standard skill package of the witch doctor.

Equipment. There's the Inca mask, the African mask, the Hokey Mask, the Goofy Mask, the Racially Insensitive mask, the Hockey Mask, the Spearchucker Mask and The Mask, which is a bit green and oddly shaped.

Similar names for his Juju Stick weaponry and Loin Cloth armor.
