As I am pretty certain there is not a single person following this journal anymore, I'm backIt's just that I keep having this horrible realisation that my life feels like it's falling apart, and there is not a single person I feel I can turn to to talk about it

Hi. Sorry things are rough. Sometimes you can be discontent even thought what's going on isn't objectively bad, just not what you want.

I'm not big on "This will fix my life!" changes. There's a lot to be said for both "This will fix a specific aspect of my life", and "I'm not sure if it'll fix anything, but I want to do it" changes. You don't have to fix everything all at once.
