There was now a small canopy cobbled together and outside Leo's biggest window, and a sign under it saying:
SPACE AVAILABLE FOR THE DISPOSSESSED.
There was also a handy fire escape for getting in and out.
ooc: Leo has room for any number of people, but only a few can have the bed if they're willing to share with one another. Leo could possibly be convinced to give up the sofa as well.
