last night i saw ed sheeran live.

and he was amazing like, holy fuck wow. just so humble and amazed by everything and like, the thing is - i live in toronto and to be completely honest, it tends to be the absolute only place in canada that bands play when they do a north american tour. they might pop into montreal as well, but that's about it ( Read more... )

and actually no there isn't! because honest to goodness sometimes i couldn't even see the bloody stage from all the cameras in the way. it drove me nuts. so i vowed not to be that person :)

but i do have a couple recordings that i can send you, if you want!

Even with the outdoors and the planes, it still sounds like you had an amazing time. I want to see him so bad, seeing the iTunes festival concert just recently confirmed that for me. I feel like seeing him live would be almost overwhelming for me.

On this tour he didn't come within 12 hours driving distance to me, but I have some insider information that next year he'll at least play one venue thats like 6 hours away. I'm still holding out hope that I'll be finding out that he's actually coming to my city.

oh i definitely did! :D it was so incredible, honestly. and haha, yeah, i shivered a couple times, particularly during give me love, his vocals are amazing.

that's awful :( but hopefully you do get to see him eventually!

(just make sure you bring someone fun with you, because if it's anything like toronto, there will be crazy line ups!)

i know right?! he's phenomenal, and passenger's amazing too, and i just. yes. to everything :D

that's interesting! echo beach is really nice, the sand is quite nice to stand on, it makes the endless waiting not feel so bad - and yeah, kool haus is sketch city, haha (almost as bad as the docks).
