*I'm about to start on season four of The Sopranos. S3 was definately the strongest so far. I can't wait to get all caught up. I like how this show asks you to care for these despicable people, though how much you actually care for them is left up to you ( Read more... )

Hahaha Wilson was awesome!! And I have to disagree about House not being attractive to girls our age -- I know of a bunch of girls that like old and snarky. And Hugh Laurie looks so much better now than he did 10 years ago. =)

Oh, I think Hugh Laurie is incredibly sexy. But it's different watching a show about a character like him, and actually dating a snarky guy like that in real life. I don't know. He would be a handful. In my opinion, anyway.

I don't know, I did have a crush on one of our first pathology lecturers, and he was definitely in his 50s...possibly older (but I really hope not because that's where I draw the line LOL). It was that sexy accent. Haha.

I watch Big Love, too! It's such an amazing show!
And OMG The Sopranos, you are totally getting into the good stuff!!!
The first few seasons were good, but about where you're at, they start to get reeeally good, IMO.

I totally think the best part of House tonight was Speed!Wilson. Totally made my night. But I definitely agree that they are seriously lagging when it comes to the health issues. S1, they were like OHMYGOD, but now it's like OHMYGOD caused by a papercut? What?

I have hope for S4.

Yeah, I'm really liking Big Love. I enjoy the characters, and even though I'm against their lifestyle (talk about turning women into dependent housewives!), their stories are intriguing.

I have one more episode left of S3, then I'm onto the fourth, which I heard is one of the best seasons. My favourite episode of S3 so far is when Christopher and Paulie get lost in the woods while trying to kill that Russian mobster. lol. That was so amusing.

I have hope for S4 of House too. But they have to fix it...quick. I don't know if I can handle another mediocre season. But, Wilson was fantastic in last night's episode. ;)

I actually laughed my ass off during this episode of House. I don't even know why! It must've been Wilson/House of course. They drug each other, Wilson on speed, House on anti-depressants. I haven't laughed like that in a while. Man, I should've wrote them down then I'd be more eloquent about this.

I just think Piper's pretty but I don't think that she'd be great for House. I agree about the case though. I'm more interested in all the other characters instead of the case whereas in S1 and even S2, I cared about the patient.

All the interactions between House/Wilson were hilarious. It was a pretty strong episode for the two of them. I love when they bug one another like that.

Yeah, the POTW are really lagging this season. It doesn't have the same emotional impact. Even when that girl died two weeks ago (the one Foreman couldn't save) it just didn't feel...genuine. I don't know. I guess it was because she died for such a stupid reason.

I've never, ever seen an episode of the Sopranos :(

I really want to, b ut it's difficult to watch any T, because of my Grandmother who cringes if somebody says "damn". I need to get them on DVD. I think i'll ask for the first series on DVD for my birthday (then I can watch it on my laptop in privacy!)

For someone like you who enjoys The Godfather, The Sopranos is mandatory viewing. For the most part I just like comparing the old school Italian mafia of the 1950's to what is going on today in New Jersey. It's just so different. Overall, The Godfather is still vastly superior (probably because I love the historical setting) but The Sopranos definately makes for some interesting viewing. It's funny because I don't really have a favourite character. They are all despicable scum. However, I keep watching because I want to see how everything turns out.

I hope you get it for your birthday. And if your grandmother is sensitive definately DO NOT watch all the swearing, violence and nudity in front of her. lol.

the criminal intent episode wasn't really good...but you know. for all the Law and order , the writers takes they ideas from the news, but sometimes it's more obvious...(but this time even all the guests were bad)

Oh, I know that all three L&O use stories from the headlines, but I find that CI is way too obvious about it most of the time. I mean, the last two weeks were almost identical to what really happened. Who wants to watch that? At least SVU changes a lot of the facts around so it's not as recognizable.
