It was inevitable that I would make a post about the Golden Globes seeing as I'm a sucker for any awards show that honours film and/or television. Did anyone else watch it? What are your thoughts ( Read more... )

Oh, I know! Helen Mirren is so stunning. I'd definately trade her for her looks when I'm that age. :)

Let me know what you thought of the rest of the show. That Warren Beatty speech was brutal. It was rambling and boring.

Kate Winslet should have won. :( I like Helen and all, but it seems like the G-globes and Oscars hardly ever give Kate anything.

Kate Winslet is definately always overlooked. Whenever she turns in an award-worthy performance someone else is always favoured before her. :(

I'm still fairly new to "House" myself. I've been watching all of season three but I'm currently watching the first season on DVD because it was the only season I'd never seen. So far, I think it's the best. Definately keep me up to date on your thoughts on the show. I'll be posting a review of season one shortly, because I only have four episodes left. I'd love to hear your comments. Have any favourite characters/episodes?

And, yes, Hugh Laurie. *sigh* I need to get me a "House" icon.

Congrats to Hugh Laurie for winning for the second straight year for "House". As I was listening to his speech I just couldn't get over how witty, talented and sexy this man is. Unbelievable. His speech was funny, as usual, and I liked his little shout-out to Robert Sean Leonard.

Omg, I know!!! I loved that he won and I was just tickled pink that he mentioned RSL. =D

With Angelina Jolie. She's so beautiful.

She was absolutely gorgeous at the awards. Almost untouchable, you know?

She really is incredibly beautiful. It's almost impossible that a person can look that glamorous. Plus, I love Brad Pitt so they are just so pretty!!!! lol.
