7 - To be honest, I don't think this is a bad icon at all! Some elements don't really seem to harmonize though. The turquoise background is rather overpowering/doesn't fit to the rest of the coloring. The text is nice, but the letters lopsided letters overlapping doesn't really work here.

2 - This is not a bad icon, far from it! Quill does look a bit washed out and oversharpened on my monitor, and overall, it lacks a little something to make the icon pop.

5 - I really like the colour scheme, lighting and contrast here.

2 - While the composition is fine, the character's face seems to be blurred a bit. Also the coloring is kinf od 'neutral', it doesn't stand out so much. Maybe making icon a little bit more bright, or with bigger contrast would help.
