1 - Love the placement of the text and how it works with the composition of the icon, but the letters are really sharp (I'd suggest trying a different anti-aliasing method, maybe smooth?) and the white seems a bit too bright compared to the rest of the icon. Also, I think Peter's face could use a little sharpening, since his features are rather blurry.

3 - The coloring in this icon is fantastic, the muted yet rich colors really fit the cap.
