Well, Patrick is doing fine after his surgery. He did walk out of the Dr. office. Now I'm having a hard time keeping him from walking around. He wanted to go see Van Helsing tonight. I told him no. He's supposed to keep his leg elevated. Stubborn!

Patrick went to an orthopedist last week. He's going to have orthoscopy done on his right knee. He has bone fragments and bone spurs. He also has mild arthritis in both knees. They're going to give him a series of shots to help improve the cushiness in the joints. Anyway, the surgery will be in May, so he'll have to take it easy for awhile. ( Read more... )

Welp....I'm going back to teaching...thank God! Starting Monday, I'll be back in the classroom, and I'll be in charge of starting our Associate's Degree program. So I'll be a real college professor. I'm really looking forward to it. It will be a lot less stress, I can get my life back, and I might actually be able to sleep again ( Read more... )

I'm in NJ right now for some training, and I'm having a blast! I'm a little sad that I have to go home tomorrow. I got to spend a whole week up here, getting pampered, and all I had to do was sit in a class for a few hours a day. The company has paid for everything, including lots of drinks ( Read more... )

Life has been hell lately. Job SUCKS!!! Patrick is doing well, though. He's taking 5 classes, but it's not weighing him down yet. He's also started working out with a guy he used to work with. He's having a great time with it. He's starting to sound a little like Jenkie ( Read more... )
