Better Late Than Never, yes?

Took Sergent up to fearsclave's new digs last weekend. I am seriously jealous of the town: it's kind of like a winterised Eureka.The drive up was a little longer than I bargained for, and I kind of tweaked my back sitting for that long. The dog slept the whole way, and even put up gracefully with the harness I put on him to keep him buckled in the back seat

He looks like such a nice doggie :D Poor smudge though :/ Maze is a bit like that, only with other cats (socialization fail-_-). Fortunately for me he also has Issues about going to the bathroom anywhere but his litter box! When I had a friend and her cat staying with me for a while, I had to make sure that he had access to a different litter box and a relatively safe space that he could retreat to - and that helped some. He was still a ball of stress :(

As for bed jumping, if other dogs had been there before, that may have been sufficient encouragement :3
