Well, they say all good things come to an end. And my time here is now nearly over - I can't believe how fast 6 months has gone by. It has been a brilliant experience in so many ways - it got me out of London at a time when I was so miserable and tired; I have had a flat to myself and plenty of space (after having 2 housemates whose idea of tidy ( Read more... ) -

does anyone know of anyone who wants/needs a room in London from the start of August? Not my room this time, but in my friend's flat. it is in Victoria, v central, huge room, moving in about the start of August and about £200pw. really nice flat. 2 boys, both of whom cook/clean etc. they are ok too! let me know if you want more details and I ( Read more... ) -

I have managed to survive my first week out here. Work could be interesting, if I could work out what all the acronyms mean and what the documents do. Most scary is the fact that I am supposed to check documents/comment on them/send them out without any supervision at all. And I have NO idea what I am doing ( Read more... ) -

ah... the end of exams - how good it feels!! and a weekend away from London, which was much more relaxing than I imagined it would be, given that i was meeting Chris' aunt, uncle, and various family friends. but it was so peaceful and beautiful out in the middle of nowhere, with hardly any people and definitely none of the rush of london. it made ( Read more... )
