i finished my shawl!  finished the knitting friday night, and blocked it saturday, despite the fact that it was pouring rain.  one of the many knitting books i seem to have suddenly acquired said you could wet the material just by spraying it, so that's what i did, rather than soaking it in water - if i had done that, i could perhaps gotten some of

It is beautiful! Congrats on finishing such a big job! Oh yeah, and wow it's bigger then me (I'm 5'2" on a good day ;p)!
