How do you come up with these stories? I'm reading Broken Glass and am saving Any Other Night and I can't believe you can still come up with fantastic premises for these fics (and the sex isn't bad either!) I tip my hat to you, you truly have a gift! Can't wait to read more!!!

Aww that's sweet of you to say- I actually considered both of them rather boring, though, since they're relationship-reflections, not so much action oriented. But it makes me happy you still think the premises are great! Thanks so much for your comment and I hope to keep it up for you!

I loved them so much!! I think the tension you created between them made it so monumental when they actually got together because I tell you...that sex scene at the end of Broken Glass took my breath away!! I can't wait to read more from you!!!

They're not boring at all! These types of relationship-reflections in fics often move me more than the action-oriented stuff. It's the reason why I love fanfiction in the first place!

Whether it's due to the demands of the particular medium, the constraints of time, or the limits of needing to not piss off certain demographics, there are always so much emotional exploration and character development that I crave but the original material seems to only hint at. Good fanfiction gives me what the original material often does not: the in depth explorations of what goes on in the characters' minds, hearts, and bedrooms! This fic and Broken Glass, has all those things in spades! (Okay, maybe bedroom shenanigans is not a necessary component to how good a fic is, but hey it doesn't hurt!)

One of my favorite melt-worthy moments in this chapter was

Sylar reached over and gave a playful tug on one of Mohinder’s curls, letting his thumb brush against Mohinder’s jaw. The casualness with which Sylar treated Mohinder’s body as his own was as ( ... )

Okay, that entire last part with Sylar's confused feelings, first of all. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.

And then there's this:

Mohinder was kissing him, like a lover, like someone familiar. If Sylar believed he had a heart, he might have known the feeling inside as breaking.

Oh, MY heart broke.

*wibble* It hurts so good.

Oh yes, that line is one of my favorites. <3 I tried very hard to capture the emotions there, and I can just imagine Sylar trying to reconcile the feelings he's having inside without understanding what they are at all. Glad it had the desire effect on you. ^_~ <3 Thanks so much for reading- hope I can keep breaking your heart to the end!

Awww. :D That makes me happy to hear. ^_^ I'm glad I got it down to a regular schedule, too. There's nothing worse than an author leaving people in suspense for weeks at a time- really makes the story lose its momentum for readers. Glad you're enjoying it this much! Thanks for commenting!
