Lol, my app is a locked embarassment, Gee. Also, her wiki entry is basically just "blergh, she's Treize's right hand woman and was in love with him." so I'll tl;dr at you here:
In terms of abilities, she has experience as a commander having led military operations within OZ along with serving as leader of Preventer at present. She also knows diplomacy and politics having been OZ's representative to the colonies. Her two agents, Zechs and Noin, are equipped and able to pilot Mobile Suits. If worse comes to worst and she must pilot, she's capable of it as well though not as good as her subordinates. Bureaucracy is something she handles well. In terms of weaponry, she's a sharpshooter and has experience with explosives. The bomb she uses in canon is actually hidden in some compact powder as seen here. I dunno about you but if someone's handling a bomb like that, they probably helped make it or at least have some experience defusing that sort of shit in case plans go to hell. He's mostly interested in the communication aspect of it, but would be willing to guide noobs in the direction of honing their skills -- he won't teach his own sword style to anyone, but he'll help other refine their own styles and share various strategic maneuvers and such.

it won't bee too secretive of a thing! Ezio could probably keep track of it fairly easy just by asking around or through some easy observation. if he wanted to get more direct with his curiousity, Renji would probably just actively give him updates so long as he initially supplied some kind of proof of not being an asshole fghjdfg
however you wanted to play it, i'm sure we can make it work whatever way 8)

More than likely he'd be observing himself anyway to see what's up and probably if someone's having trouble he'd help them out with training (not Assassin training, just basic combat the same he's doing for Preventer ALL THE DAMN CONNECTIONS) but yeah direct would work for him pretty well because he wants to have solid connections throughout
