So, December has come and gone. I had a safe journey to and from Iowa, with a trip or two up to Minnesota to see hockey. It was such a blessing to have good weather for the times when I was driving, and wonderful to see my mom and dad ( Read more... )

The scary thing is that some days it's been around 700. Of course the next day I feel sick. Nutrition bar eaten off and on all morning. I go to Sonic 3 afternoons and get a Jr deluxe hamburger with no mayo, at night it's baked potato with salad on top and salsa and cheese. Late at night it's Greek yougert. Of course now that I'm working, let's see how disciplined I can remain!
