Why is it that I start posting more after I announce that I'm on hiatus?

1. Last night, I went to a midnight showing of X-Men First Class, because I have been a very good girl who deserved to do something ridiculous and fannish. ( Spoilers! )

We just finished DS9 season one and I did not remember how ridiculous Bashir is to start with. Wow. *full body shudder* I will be pleased for him to become an actual character. I also forgot how little Garak was in the first season. i"m looking forward to more of him.

Yeah. I kind of block out the trauma of S1 Bashir.

The quality of the show directly correlates with the amount of Garak. Andy Robinsom makes everything better.

Oh, yes. Show needs a bit of tailor indeed.

And I had forgotten how shrewish and awful Keiko is, even in episodes that feature her. I want to like her so bad, but all she ever does is go, "Miiiiiiiiiiiiiles!" Bleck.

Now that I actually am a parent, I am so appreciating the Siskos. Jake is such a real kid and so is Nog, and Ben is such a sweet daddy. I love it.

And Quark and Odo are always love.
