I know it's 8 words, but I figured it was John's fault so you'd have to forgive him:)

There is so much to love here. The mentality of someone who wants to be (as another figure skater once said) a sparkly boy alone on the ice in front of a crowd is not the mentality of someone who does well with team sport and you showed that beautifully.

I love John noticing Ryan's scrutiny and misinterpreting it, and then this made my heart soar:
John stood with his back against the lockers, holding his breath until Ryan kissed him, feeling like the only person in the world, the only one worthy of being looked at.
