1. Yuletide noms are open! I have nommed. Om nom nom. Skating, Zombieland, and three ABC Family shows: MIOBI, Huge, and Greek. I will probably request f/f in everything but Zombieland. And get the Zombieland boyporn, because that is how fandom works, but I do really kind of want the Zombieland m/m anyway.

I admit to reading about Tessa Virtue and being really not sad so you are not alone.
Crazed Johnny Weir fans getting the cops called on them at his hotel in Youngstown.
Again, I live in the Youngstown area. How did I not hear about this?

I was such a fan of Virtue/Moir when they were juniors, and then Charlie's hair happened.

How did I not hear about this?

I only know because someone gossiped on Aunt Joyce's Formspring - so I suppose it's just a rumor. (But a plausible one.) It doesn't sound like anyone was arrested, just told to disperse.

It's just an unconfirmed rumor from an anon on AJ's Formspring. Sounds like a few fans staked out Johnny's hotel in Youngstown, and the cops had to be called to ask them to disperse.

Om nom nom figure skating! This can be our new battle cry.

Thank you for nomming (Heh! I like this) figure skating! It means I don't have to (uh - it only needs to be nommed once, right?)

Things that I am a mean person for not feeling sadder about: Tessa Virtue needing surgery again and sitting out the Grand Prix.

When I first read about this, I said, "YES!" and then felt horrible because the poor girl does have an injury (also, apologies to Virtue Moir fans. It's probably a little sad for them). But I am looking forward to the ice dance at Skate Canada now that it's not a foregone conclusion.

Yeah, only one nom required. And there have been at least two.

Between the post-Olympics retirements and the spate of injuries, ice dance is looking pretty wide open. Well, for 2nd and 3rd. Unless Charlie White breaks his leg again.
