Well, I try to make these accessible enough that at least three people will understand what I'm talking about.

callmesandy has noted that even if Brian keeps his clothes on during the competition, ESPN will find a way to show him with his shirt off.

Also, there's more than a ghost of a chance that if he wins, he'll be so excited he'll rip off the top half of his costume.

Love your predictions, but considering how ESPN's been going this season, I'm willing to bet he'll be walking around in his underwear at some point in his fluff piece. They just keep getting him more and more naked as the season goes on.

I've got one Brian fluff left unwatched. Which I must apparently watch right now, because Brian giving Terry Gannon an open invitation, I've got to see.

2. If you watch the whole episode of Iconoclasts (I think it's called)as I did you may come to the conclusion that Mario and Michael more than just know each other. Also there is a section where they are shopping for musci that is oddly reminisent of your Johhny/Ben fic (sorry I suck at remembering titles ( ... )

Interesting. I thought Batali was married? Not that it matters, strictly, but. And, you know, I would not object to someone writing me that fic.

I wondered what was up with Stephane. I hadn't heard about his depression.

Well, he didn't say it directly, but he dropped out of Euros because he had "lost his fire and passion." You don't drop out of major competitions because you're feeling a little blue -- it sounds like his mental condition was serious enough to constitute a medical situation. Depression is a guess, not a diagnosis.
