Hester's TD was amazing, but it made me worry that the game would turn out like the Ohio State/Florida game, when Ted Ginn Jr. scored an opening kickoff TD in (you guessed it) 14 seconds. I guess that's just how long it takes.

Yeah, that makes sense. What it isn't, or at least not to the same extent, is an East Coast thing. It's all baseball here, to an annoying extent.

My first year living here, the Patriots won. I took it as a sign.

well don't expect anything exciting from me, because the only places where my requestor and i overlap are deeply, deeply clichéd and boring.
i'm trying to think of an ironic take on clichéd. i suspect i won't make it.
good know know about the anal thing, though, if i throw up my arms in despair i can always go there.

Heh. My comments above are not general guidelines for the ficathon -- definitely unique to myself and my request. And a lot of them are very personal quirks. I wouldn't do the anal thing unless your recipient says she's into it. I don't think most people are, when it comes to femslash.

If that's not the issue, I'm sorry you're having trouble.
