Due to LJ's latest fail in an epic, ever-growing series, I'm trying to upgrade my DW account from free to paid premium, but DW's payment processor, for some reason known only to itself, is refusing to accept my credit cards, despite their being valid and in good standing and perfectly usable everywhere else. I'm not entering my address or the CCV

Hrm. The only other one I can think of is that the online service they use (there's one really stringent one connected to some bank database thingamabob--it's what buycostumes used when I worked there) might have the last address you registered with--however, I don't think you've moved anytime in the last five years, so it should be up-to-date (the other thing some of them are nitpicky on is name being properly [or improperly, in the database] spelled)

I've lived at this address since 1999, and have been entering my name and address exactly as they appear on my credit card bills. IDK!
