I'm funny about comics, I just can't get into reading comics online, even if I KNOW there's some good web-only or scanned-downloadable content out there.

I think it's because usually, the only time it's quieted down enough for me to really read at home is bedtime, just before I really shut out the lights and go to sleep. By that time, I SO don't have the patience to deal with technology (after working with it all day) and want the simple comfort of reading hardcopy by the light of a clip-on reading lamp as I doze off.

Also, a lot of web-comics come from the "slacker" post-GenX school of comic writing, and I somehow find them lacking in inspiration.

However, anything that you think is exceptional, I'd be interested in taking a look at, since I don't turn up my nose at something recommended by someone whose taste I trust.

Pogs are those plastic "coins" that nerds play some kind of trading/battle game with. I have no idea, nor want to know how the game is played.

I just meant it's nice to have a comic shop that sells COMICS and not a whole mountain of JUNK.

The baby's great. He's growing FAST, and really healthy and strong.
