omg it's valentine's day and everything, too. please pardon the emo T_T

as much as i adore teenage gokudera's "I R RIGTH HAND NOT U >:E", some part of me wants to believe this is the kind of importance he's shooting for.

I would like to be the air
that inhabits you for a moment
only. I would like to be that unnoticed
& that necessary.

This is just utterly amazing. I really don't have any words to describe how beautiful this is.

It's short, but it's so powerful; I started crying by the last two paragraphs.

I'm starting to be real fan of your fanfiction. XD That was great, I love how you showed the way Gokudera matured. Last lines are really 'strong'.

(I've started reading reborn because you've been mentioning it... it is still full of lulz, and I've been informed it will still be full of lulz for a few more volumes before settling into more srs bznz. ^^;;)

OMG KALI!!! it is still much lulz up to the recent chapters, and with any luck, it will be full of lulz forever :D~ yes, the recent chapters have a lot more drama potential. the srs bzns starts at around vol 8, i believe... everything before that is char introduction and just good old fun.

since i seem to have this penchant for turning crack into angst, and after having been spoiled by the abundance of crack in PoT, this manga is a nice place to be XD;

I've read chapters 1-122 now, and there's like a 50 chapter gap until the scanlations seem to pick up again, so. :(

I think I'm in a weird place, because English fandom seems to know what's going on and how they got there currently. But in the meantime I'm thinking about sort of meta things like "what pairings and characters are ppl into and why and will this be validated later on in the series or is this about all they need to go on?" that I think may not hold up for the rest of the fandom. Like you could see from miles away that Hibari was going to be Important, but at the time (and where I am now) it's hard to see how he's going to relate to Our Heroes, because he has some charming points but he's still really, uh, bitey. He's kind of like Early Gaara before Naruto beat the shit out of him and he saw the light, but you kind of suspect that Hibari is just not that vulnerable, crawling in his veins etc. and he's not going to be won over just because Tsuna, I dunno, decides he's Not A Bad Guy After All.
