Art post for "The Choiceless Hope"
The story was very inspiring, and I was encouraged to do some mixed media experiments with acrylic and watercolours. The theme was "different Deans" and in the process I illustrated Sam's angst. The colour scheme is a strong pop-poster vibe, with red represented as the main colour.
During the process, several different series were created. One of them was created from a picture of Impala standing in front of a house.
I'm always nuts about stories where Sam or Dean is dead and the other one starts doing desperate things because of it. That's why this was such a great story to illustrate!
