In the (e)mail today: the list of names, undergrad school, and emails of the 48 students for the 2007 Berkeley MCB cohort. Which is all sorts of wierd to look at. In a few short months these names will have faces, personalities, likes, dislikes, and awesome memories attached. Ryan Stiles and Greg Proops walk into a bar (the red). I also happen to be there. Life (which was previously awesome) is now extra awesome. Especially since I learned how to make an awesome salad dressing today and did my chocolate torte magic earlier this evening. The end.

I have decided there is a vast problem in the typical understanding of 'vegetarianism'. Basically people assume that if you do indeed eat meat you will ALWAYS be eating meat. ie: if there are options of meat vs. non-meat you must be a vegetarian to choose the non-meat option. It is one of those perfect beautiful days here in Santa Cruz, warm temperatures, gentle breezes, clear skies. I woke up and did some reading and laundry. Then I wandered over to Kelly's Bakery and picked up a sandwich and salad and walked down to westcliff. Battlestar Galactica (aka sugar-coated heroin) had been my constant companion for the last few days. Since last monday I have watched something on the order of 33 episodes of the show. I have this theory, that everyone needs repetition in their lives, some level of repetition gives the brain a rest while it is still awake. Some of us likely need more of this then others, I would guess that I fall somewhere towards the 'more' side of the spectrum.
