Update

Maddie had her appt with the Dr today.  Although there isn't much improvement (some slight improvement in the left ear) she isn't getting worse, so it looks like we are in the plateau.  She's still her usual pleasant self, just a slightly whinier and sleepier self.  She slept for most of yesterday, waking up to eat a bit and get a diaper change
