Back when I was buying my own health insurance, I used Anthem (Blue Cross) with a high deductible. It wasn't great, but it was among the best available for the price for an individual.

I've been hearing good things about something called medical savings accounts. They cover 100% of everything after the deductible is paid, and said deductible is covered by the amount in the 'savings account'.

Blue cross has one of these as an option.

You spelled Oy wrong. Also, getting decent health insurance is ridiculously difficult--I have a student policy and it covers prescriptions for like, Zyrtec, and that's it. That is also an exaggeration.
