*flees the house before any tasks or chores can be thrust upon him and goes in search of someone to have a conversation where he doesn' thave to answer a billion questions*

*wandering around town looking for sketch subjects.*

*sees you wandering towards her and muses on what a great charcoal/chalk study you'd make.*

. . .

Uhm...

Why? Well. Obviously 'cos it's theirs... but... that would probably result in all kinds of questions being raised as to your motives and why you didn't do this sooner and...

Well... what if Adunathor gets hold of it and it restores his memories? That's pretty damned traumatic for the kid, and lord knows what it'd do to the rest of his family.

I wasn't going to say who sent it, just send it. Anonymously. I could use that funny little messenger person.

what if Adunathor gets hold of it and it restores his memories?

Oh. Yeah. Didn't think of that. :S

Thing is, I wanted him to have it because it is his now and I think if Elros could remember he'd agree with me. I'd just forgotten about its recent habit of doing strange things to the bearer.

I'd say leave it until he gets his memory back on his own accord, personally.

No, not necessarily, but that's just what my gut instinct's telling me for now.

But then what do I know?

I'd trust your gut instinct more than I'd trust mine right now. You're in a more objective position.

Well. Good to know I'm useful for something.

So how goes your equally confusing and tangled romantic life then?

Thank you. I appreciate it. :)

It's on hold, it's just easier this way.

Hey. Anytime. You're family AND a childhood friend.

Eh, probably for the best. Give Elros a fighting chance for one thing. And who knows. You may meet someone more suited to you than EITHER of them. Not that I'm saying you should, though. But there you go. That or you can like become some kind of mad lesbian and have a harem of hot babes... mmmm....

*snaps out of it*

Hehe... sorry.

Morno? Those thoughts? BAD. Bad thoughts. If you must think them, don't do so while I'm sharing a table with you.

*pours the remnants of the pitcher into your glass then goes to fetch more drink*

*refills his own glass*

Still. It never fails to confuse me when you ask my advice. I mean, you're like the ultimate in sensible as far as this family is concerned.
